 Love this gym, members and trainers! Signed up after we came out of lock down. Love that it’s local, accessible and opening times are good. It was hard for me to pluck up courage to go in but I was met by the lovely Oli who put me at ease. Free weights can be intimidating but once you get gym-confidence they are great. There are machines with stacks and pins, it’s a great gym with kit for everyone. I currently train with Kim, who is perfect for me, she gives constant feed back, she understands “working life” and all the bits of life that “get in the way” She trains me hard, just how I like it. Together we are making huge inroads to my stronger body for the future.
